Senior Business Analyst - 18 month FTC

How will you make an impact

As a Business Analyst you will undertake and participate in all aspects of the development life-cycle. This will include requirements analysis, solution design, support of the development and test phases and process optimisation.

Working within the Business Analysis team, you’ll operate on a diverse range of projects including platform upgrades, asset migrations and white label implementations. You will also be expected to develop the skills and experience to be able to play an active role within the Sales cycle. 

What your day will look like

  • Engage with the Business Change team to ensure solutions remain aligned with the company goals and business requirements
  • Identifying and documenting potential solutions considering all available information and constraints.
  • Recommending and managing implementation of end to end solutions
  • Inputting into test strategy and support creation of test data and scripts.
  • Identifying and liaising with project / task stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Producing project and communication documents / reports in a professional manner.

 Who you are and the experience we’re looking for

  • Proven business analysis experience preferably within Financial Services
  • Lean six sigma or equivalent is desirable due to  process optimisation 
  • Knowledge of package implementation would be advantageous
  • Ability to interact with B2B partners in the lead analysis role to develop and implement multi-product, multichannel platform based solutions.
  • Ability to analyse requirements, design and implement effective control framework for target operating model
  • Experience of working on a large programme of business change.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.
  • Level 3 Certificate in Investment Operations (CISI) desirable
