How will you make an impact an HR Coordinator

You will be responsible for the delivery of all administration aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, new starter and induction processes, development, internal changes, engagement, reward and the leaver experience.

You'll also bring an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, be able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.  As we are committed to continuous improvement, you'll also be expected to actively look for opportunities to be more efficient and improve the service provision of the team.

What your day will look like as an HR Coordinator

  • First line employee and manager guidance relating to HR processes and broad HR Generalist queries to a high standard
  • Assist with ER cases and note taking, including – Employee Wellbeing, Welfare meetings, AIPs, PIPs, Disciplinary and Grievance cases
  • Support for recruitment and learning activity including maintaining role profiles and competencies maintenance
  • Responsible for data integrity and reporting, together with dashboard production and accurate and timely maintenance of HR records and payroll records
  • Actively endorse and promote company culture as a brand ambassador and corporate citizen

Who you are and the experience we’re looking for

  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Willing to work toward CIPD Qualifications (full financial and study support will be provided)
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Possess good diagnostic, analytical and process skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
