Document Administrator - 12 Month FTC

This role is within Services Limited, part of the Embark Group.


What you’ll do


In your role of a Document Administrator, you will work as part of a team in order to maximise customer experience with our clients and financial advisers via email and written correspondence. You will assist the business in administering registered pension schemes to the standards required by the Company and regulator.


Key Accountabilities


  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including filling, distributing and scanning in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensuring all work including post, faxes and emails is processed accurately, effectively and within SLAs/targets
  • Ensuring any necessary documents are signed by the appropriate authorised signatories
  • Banking cheques in accordance with the Company FCA requirements
  • Dealing with banks, investment companies, Financial Advisers and members by telephone, email and letter in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensuring all KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Executing set goals and objectives for delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensuring all relevant processes are strictly adhered to
  • Meeting regulatory standards including compliance with Company and Regulatory policies
  • Continuously developing through the identification and acting upon your own Personal Development Plan
  • Experience in financial services administration is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Continuously developing through e-learning modules
